This is a course in astro-navigation and worldwide meteorology, which also reveals the mysteries of the sextant. A good prior knowledge of all subjects covered in the shorebased courses above is assumed.

This course is conducted over a four and a half-day period, usually starting on Monday morning, with the Friday morning being taken up by revision and examination. Some evening revision is necessary throughout the week.
